Find the Ant's Skull Plate Shield in a chest within a small room in Nokstella, Eternal City.

From the Eternal City Site of Grace, head west and ascend the initial set of stairs. Turn left before the large arch, entering a room with a Nox Swordstress facing a large chest. The shield is contained in a smaller chest to the right.
