How to get it: Locate in Fringefolk Hero's Grave. To get there, use two Stonesword Keys on the double Imp Keystone next to the Stranded Graveyard Site of Grace.

Head down until you see the path narrow on both sides and drop drown at the edge to get access to the secret area. Proceed past the imps and a fire trap to find the item resting at an altar.
