Upon departing the blessings room, take a left along the avenue, and leap into the duct from the gap at the indicated position shown in the image below.

Enter the duct on the right at the front.

Navigate to the location where the slugs congregate, descend through the hole, progress straight along the pipe, and make a right turn ahead.

Leap over another downward hole and continue forward, then veer right at the fork with the iron gate.

As you advance, slugs will emerge from the pipe in front on the right. Dodge the slugs and continue straight ahead before making a right turn.

Climb the ladder after defeating the Son of Omen.

Force open the opposing wooden door, leading to a circular corridor, and jump down to the lower level on the left.

Proceed straight down the passage and make a left turn near the substantial Miranda below.

The ashes can be found on the body suspended at the edge of the floor when you return to the circular passage.
