The ashes are concealed in an underground cemetery beneath the cliffs of Lake Lienia.

Upon entering the cemetery, initially descend via the lifting platform.

Proceed straight along the corridor until you reach the stairs depicted in the figure below. Leap from the left side to the lower level, then enter the passage on the lower level to continue.

After ascending to the second floor through the ladder at the road's end, continue along the passage to locate the lever and utilize it to open the door to the boss room.

You can obtain the ashes by defeating the BOSS Home Dog.
