The ashes can be found in the area near the Shifra riverbank.

To acquire them, you must first locate and ignite 8 flames on the map.

Flames 1-6 are positioned as illustrated in the figure below.

Flames 7-8 are situated as shown in the picture below.

Once all flames are lit, ascend the steps and interact with the horn to initiate the battle.

You can obtain these ashes after defeating the BOSS ancestor spirit.
