The ashes can be found in the Gaylid Catacombs, located south of Gaylid.

Progress deep into the cemetery through the passage, and the wall of the pillar opposite the door to the BOSS room is a phantom wall.

Once you've broken through the phantom wall, you'll come across a lever. Pull the lever to open the door to the BOSS room.

The ashes can be obtained after defeating the shadow of the graveyard's BOSS.
