Servis will request that you deliver a vial of elixir to Neferi Lu for consumption. Once you agree to assist, you will receive Servis's elixir.

Utilize Servis's elixir and provide it to Neferi, Sir Baizhi, and Dung Eater to complete the task.

Access Servis's basement by demolishing the phantom wall on the floor.

Uncover the hidden chamber by eliminating the innermost phantom wall.

Next, engage in a conversation with Servis and inquire about the basement.

The golem can then be obtained from Servis.

After deploying the acquired marionette in combat several times, you can exchange it for other marionettes using star fragments at Servis's establishment.
