Drops: 420,000 Runes, Mohg's Great Rune, Remembrance of the Blood Lord

Damage Negation / Resistance:

Standard: 10

Slash: 10

Strike: 10

Pierce: 10

Magic: 40

Fire: 80

Lightning: 40

Holy: 40

The negation numbers are the % of your damage that gets blocked. For example, if a negation is 60, 40% of that damage by that type will go through and 60% will be negated. Bigger number = less damage. A negation of 100 means no damage goes through, and a negation of -100 mean the enemy takes 2x damage from that source. 0 means damage goes pretty much as is.

Poison: 653 / 943 / 1400

Scarlet Rot: 653 / 943 / 1400

Blood Loss: 290 / 332 / 430 / 720

Frostbite: 653 / 943 / 1400

Sleep: 1406 / 1863

Madness: Immune

The resistance numbers are the buildup amount to trigger it. For example, if a resistance is 100 you must deal 100 points of the given buildup to trigger it. Note that these go down over time, and increase each time the effect procs. The values after the "/"s indicate the increased resistances after each successive proc.

Fight Strategy:

Or Mohg, Lord of Blood (Shard bearer variant at Mohgwyn Palace, NOT the Omen variant in the capital) you can cheese him for a 1/10 difficult fight with a freeze glitch.

At Mohgwyn Palace, proceed to the Mausoleum Dynasty Midpoint site of grace. Continue to the right, up a lift to spawn Mohg, Lord of Blood once and purposely die (so you get Yellow mist gate). When you respawn, reach the yellow gate now in your way but do NOT go through it (can only confirm this works if you’ve never traversed the mist, it may work if you do, but I can’t confirm this) Jump onto the nearby grave stones to your right. At top the tallest one, look to your right to see a ledge. Do not try jump there yet, but that is where we need to go. Get rid of all your armour (naked) so you are a light load. Your goal is to jump to it. It’s a very finicky jump that requires a sprint jump as this isn’t reachable usually. Get your character as close to the edge of the gravestone as possible without falling. Then you’ll need to a “set up jump” before trying to get to the ledge, by doing an initial jump in the air whilst holding sprint (circle) IMMEDIATELY after. Keep sprint held once you land. To be clear, you’ll jump on the spot, vertically, first not moving in any direction. This locks your sprint in ready for your actual jump attempt below. To get to the ledge, look at the right ledge. Move forward and jump a split second after, all whilst holding sprint. If you’re lucky, you’ll make the jump. Will NOT work with anything other than the lightest load. May take numerous tries Up top, you’ve done the hard work! Simply navigate to the boss by going ‘around’ the yellow mist gate. Bypassing the mist gate means Mohg will never move, and will take any punishment you give up.
