Starting from the Sites of Grace [Liftside Chamber],find and defeat the boss [Putrid Tree Spirit].    Get the [Golden Seed] after defeating enemies.

Continue to move forward and select [Touch bloodstain].

Return and  talk to [Rogier].

Talk to [Fia] to get the [Knifeprint Clue].
