How to Acquire the Weapon:

Discover it within Raya Lucaria Academy. Assuming all shortcuts, including the ladder on the second floor of the Church of the Cuckoo site, are unlocked, fast travel to the mentioned site and ascend the ladder.

Exercise caution, as the upper level is guarded by a Glintstone Sorcerer and two Lazuli Sorcerers. Move towards the east side, and at the end, you'll encounter an arched doorway.

Defeat the High Page guarding the entrance on the other side of the runway, and you'll find the weapon resting on the ground, next to a crystal formation with the inactive School of Graven Mages in the center of the room.
