Discover it in Volcano Manor near the Guest Hall grace.

Proceed left from the grace, then take the stairs to the next floor. Move outside and ascend the ladder to your left onto the roof.

Head south to the back of the roof, and leap off the west side onto a ledge. Within a room, guarded by an Omenkiller, you'll find the Albinauric Staff alongside the Albinauric Mask.
