Claimed to be an emerging horn. The followers of the forefathers hold the belief that the horns of a long-lived creature continuously sprout like antlers, repeating the process until the creature eventually evolves into an ancestral spirit.

How to get it: Go to the Mausoleum Compound and head north up the incline, then turn west as soon as you pass the horizontal rocks to your left. Proceed forward to the large vertical rock formation.

There will be a smaller vertical rock formation on your right. Walk around the larger formation counter-clockwise until you see a hole in the wall. Go through it and you will find the talisman on a corpse to your left overhanging a cliff.
