Navigate to the bridge overlooking the Road of Transferring Sinners, and observe the gleaming golden mask positioned at the bridge's apex. Initiate dialogue with Corhyn  once, then relay the mask's location to him.

Locate Colin at the site of the golden mask, and he will impart the intricacies of the incantation to you.
