To obtain these Ashes of War, engage in side missions in Moen City. Begin at the Bridge of Blessing and Sacrifice on the Weeping Peninsula, where you'll encounter Irina.

Speak with Irina, who will request delivering a letter to her father. Proceed to the deepest part of Moen City to confront and defeat the lion hybrid.

Return to the Lord of Moen and receive instructions to find Irina again. Upon locating her, discover the unfortunate turn of events, leading to the Lord of Moen's vow for vengeance.

Journey to the Avenger's Shack on the west side of Lake Lienia. Inside the broken house, confront the red spirit invasion of the city lord of Moen. Defeat him to obtain the lost knight halberd, and acquire the Ashes of War from this weapon.
