To obtain these Ashes of War, head to the road between the two blessings south of Gaylid Avenue and the Ionian Marsh (South Shore).

If you come here at night, you may encounter a Night Rider.

Eliminate the Night Rider to obtain the Battle Ashes.

If the Night Rider is not on the road, you can search for it in the direction of the Red Lion City.
