After talking to Blaidd, Iji and Seluvis at the Sites of Grace - Ranni's Rise, come to Seluvis's Rise and talk to Seluvis.   choose Yes and get Seluvis's Potion.  (For details: Ranni Questline - Elden Ring Raiders)
