How to Cure Status Effects？

The most effective way to cure any status is to visit a Site of Grace. Sites of Grace are resting points where you can rest and recover from all kinds of status effects and recover HP and FP.

There are spells and items in Elden Ring that can be used to help alleviate status effects.

Poison / Deadly Poison : Neutralizing Boluses , Cure Poison , Flame, Cleanse Me.

Scarlet Rot : Preserving Boluses , Flame, Cleanse Me.

Blood Loss : Stanching Boluses.

Frostbite : Thawfrost Boluses.

Sleep : Stimulating Boluses , Lucidity.

Madness : Clarifying Boluses , Lucidity.

Death : Rejuvenating Boluses.
