Flasks will require special items to upgrade them. A Golden See or Sacred Tears will be required to upgrade your Flask. Increasing the number of times you can use your flasks can be done on any Site of Grace and will require Golden Seeds.
Use Golden Seeds to get more Flasks：
Using Golden Seeds to upgrade the Sacred Flasks increases their total maximum charge limit. The added charges can then be distributed to either the Crimson or Cerulean flasks at any Site of Grace.

Use Sacred Tears to increase the strength of your Flasks：
You can also improve the restorative effects of the recovery flasks using Sacred Tears. Improving the amount of HP and MP your Sacred Flasks can recover is also done at a Site of Grace.
