The negation numbers are the % of your damage that gets blocked. For example, if a negation is 60, 40% of that damage by that type will go through and 60% will be negated. Bigger number = less damage. A negation of 100 means no damage goes through, and a negation of -100 mean the enemy takes 2x damage from that source. 0 means damage goes pretty much as is.

The resistance numbers are the buildup amount to trigger it. For example, if a resistance is 100 you must deal 100 points of the given buildup to trigger it. Note that these go down over time, and increase each time the effect procs. The values after the "/"s indicate the increased resistances after each successive proc.

Great Horned Tragoth is always available
Blackguard, if you purchased Boiled Prawns and haven't killed him
Millicent, if you've have advanced her quest until she leaves Sellia, but haven't given her Valkyrie's Prosthesis
Fight Strategy:
Magma Wyrm takes more damage if you attack its head, so if you learn when it's vulnerable you can deal a lot of damage very quickly. Stay in front of it just far enough away to easily dodge its sword attacks but close enough to move in when it starts using Lava Belch. Avoid its sides if at all possible: it's hard to read its windups from there so its attacks can take you by surprise.
On the other hand, very few of its attacks can reliably or quickly hit directly behind it. If you focus on attacking its tail, you won't do as much damage but you won't have to work as hard to stay alive. If it starts to turn around, back up and move back in when you have a safe opportunity to run through its legs. Just be careful not to get boxed in by the lava it leaves lying on the ground
