Following the defeat of Rykard, upon returning to the Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy site of grace, players will discover Lady Tanith relocated beside the head of her former lord. Initiating an attack and successfully defeating her summons her Crucible Knight bodyguard into combat. Overcoming the bodyguard grants access to loot the Consort's Set from Lady Tanith's lifeless form.
