The Lazuli Robe is dropped by the Lazuli Sorcerers present in several areas within Raya Lucaria Academy.

As for the Sorcerer Manchettes and Sorcerer Leggings, they are dropped by the Glintstone Sorcerers and Twinsage Sorcerers, both encountered in specific sections within Raya Lucaria Academy.
